Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Bookings during high season are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if the cancellation is made at least 60 days before check-in, the booking amount will be kept as credit for a future stay. The new date must be within 12 months of the cancellation date.
During low and mid season, bookings are NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation. However, if the cancellation is made at least 15 days before check-in, the booking amount will be kept as credit for a future stay. The new date must be within 12 months of the cancellation date.
If for any reason the guest decides to change their stay within 15 days before arrival, at the time of check-in, or leaves earlier than planned, the property will still charge the full stay as agreed in the booking.
Access roads closed due to weather (winter season)
If it becomes impossible to reach Villa Pehuenia because all 3 (three) access routes are closed, or, for guests coming from Chile, because the Icalma border crossing is closed due to weather, the first night will be cancelled at no charge. The booking will remain valid if there is at least one way to access the town.
To find out which route to take to reach Villa Pehuenia, you can contact the Provincial Road Authority at 0810-333-7882, where they’ll advise you on the best route. You can also check with reception before starting your trip at +54 2942 571341 or +54 11 5464-3407.

Company policies
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property’s units.
- To preserve the comfort of our guests, visitors are not allowed during the stay.
Limitations on the right to stay
The company reserves the right to have any guest leave Cabañas Bahíamía at any time, calling on law enforcement if necessary, if that guest’s conduct, behavior, health condition, or other serious reasons, at the company’s discretion, cause danger or disturbance to other guests staying at or enjoying the other services provided by the company, disrupting its normal operation, with no right to a refund for any remaining unused services.
Liability
The company is not liable for any act by the client, act by a third party for which it is not responsible, or events arising from an act of God or force majeure, weather phenomena or natural events, and other occurrences that may happen beyond its control, before, during or after the stay, that prevent, delay or in any way hinder the company, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of terms
By purchasing one of our services, the client automatically acknowledges and accepts all of these general terms, which the company communicates in detail and clearly.
If you disagree with any of the foregoing general terms, you may withdraw at no charge within 24 hours of receiving the booking code for the contracted service from the company.
Once this period has passed, the booking will be considered final, implying acceptance by the parties of the full application of the general and specific terms.
Discounts
Bookings made with discounts applied to the regular rate —whether during high, mid or low season, long weekends, holidays or major local events—, in the form of “percentage discount off the total”, “discount coupon” or “fixed discount off the rate or total amount”, whose balance must be paid upon arrival at the cabin, are valid only when paying in cash (not including debit, bank transfer or MercadoPago), thereby voiding any other discount described through our contact channels, whether by email, WhatsApp, social media or phone call, resulting from this payment method.
